There obviously may be rifles with non initial barrels placed on by non factory shops but they might not be marked or recognizable Except if the barrel address is substantially out of sequence. At what level was the “Circle VP” for “Considered Proved” stamp placed on the underside on the barrel–following the major load testing, the “VP” remaining applied after the visual inspection on the barrel? The “VP” is uncovered on just about every 1892 and 1894 barrel I've viewed from the beginning to the end of production, bridging the date for the looks of your “WP”. Then why the addition in the “WP”—I confess I am no history buff, just curious regarding the reasoning for your “WP”.
